    Undergraduate enrollment at HBCUs ticks up
    Undergraduate enrollment inches up at primarily online institutions
    Dual enrollment is driving higher student headcounts at community colleges
    Declines are concentrated in the least selective colleges
    Adult student enrollment continues to decline

    Edit to Add: "Only students aged 17 and younger or aged 18-20 saw enrollment increases."
    Ouch, I would have thought Adult students would be going 'UP' not declining...

    Unemployment is still low. I expect those rates are at least somewhat inversely correlated.

    Two years from the start of lockdown, perhaps those adults who started online programs then are graduating (or giving up?)
