Colorado GOP is raising questions and making the following accusations, they connect this incident to other incidents by the same office in the past:

Yes like in 2020, Trump and his supporters filed over 60 court cases alleging election fraud. The cases were dismissed because there was no evidence. Trump's allegations are definitely not evidence themselves except perhaps of evidence of false allegations.
