You are a real piece of work! What gives you the right to call Chief Swift Eagle, a "royal reverend chicken from outer space"? Just because you disagree with what someone does, you stoop to a new all time low by resorting to insults! Why are you so angry? Didn't you get to suck from your MaMa's Breast when you were a baby?

I can't say for sure without doing s search of your country to see what the population of Russia is, but I can be sure your opinion regarding Chief Swift Eagle and the IUFS doesn't mean anything.

Learner, I have a question. From what I have read IUFS has authorization by the Russian government to issue degrees. Why would they want to try and restrict the issuance of their degrees to Russian residents only? And where is the indication they are a diploma mill? I Like the programs that IUFS has and sincerely hope that they keep up the good work and people like Stanislav keep his judgmental nose out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

IUFS can award degrees of their own format.

They cant award degrees of the State format.

Thas all.

As far as russia if the degree is not of the State format there is no way to know the quality if that degree program.

Only State Format degrees, or Professionaly accredited degrees are concidered equivalent to US RA degrees.

CCL, WAUC, and others listed accreditations - are not on the level of RA.

But IUFS is working toward accreditation

BTW, I come from Russian Orthodox background, so the good "Patriarch" actually insults my ancestors. As well as everyone's intelligence (not yours, apparently).

 

Correction - IUFS is SAYING to be working towards accreditation. My guess is that they're lying.

 

Let's not get into how many Natives are laughing their butts off at this guy! The only way he would have been more insulting to Natives is to have appeared wearing an eagle feather headdress.

I seriously doubt he has any of the things he claims. He is not a Indian chief, an astronaut or a bishop. So, why believe he is anything else he claims?

if I might boldly change the subject from Dr. Slick Rat's outfits, ethnicity, chin hair and possible relatives to the nature of his degree-granting operation, I will re-ask my original question in a slightly different way.

The State of California has stated in writing to my office that his "school" has no legal authority to issue degrees in California. Is anyone aware of any other source of authority to issue degrees that it might have? It does not appear on any lists of Russian or Ukrainian colleges available to us, or any other list of colleges, foreign or domestic, so we are inclined to think it is a complete fake.

Deb, the point is I am really getting tired of reading the insults that people post on this forum. I will never post here again, I promise. However I will monitor the board, because some of the information is useful. I get tired of reading some of the stuff that is written here.

We can joke here and there but some of the posts are personal attacks and calling a person a chicken etc.

Even if we are not buying that some one is all these titles and we are not fooled by the claims of some places that in a way defraud people from their money.

So this is my 2 c.

I have seen the pic Dr. J Bear posted and we all have humor.
No body is fooling us with their titles.
So as long as this is in good taste.

But why offend people by calling names etc.
