I completed my last MBA course on Dec 14 (submitted application to graduate Oct 2012). My degree was not conferred until Jan 4th and still waiting on my diploma. I received another email advising it will take another 2 to 4 weeks (last week Jan/first week Feb) before I receive it.

My diplomas all took right around two months after graduation to show up. The wait for the UW one was agonizing, because I wouldn't let my family celebrate my graduation until I had it in hand, so we ended up going out to an Outback Steakhouse in the middle of February instead of in December when I actually graduated. Had I known it was going to take that long, I wouldn't have waited, but I wanted to have my sheepskin at the celebration with me.

As for frames, I went with a simple black 11x14 frame matted to 8.5x11 with the mat being the school's "main" color, i.e. for the "Brown and Gold" of Wyoming, I went with a chocolate brown mat. They look really nice together as a group, and I think I have $40 total in the three frames. Diplomas aren't art by any stretch of the imagination, but they are pretty nice to look at and appreciate my achievements.
