   According to CTU's website, their doctoral programs offer, "A choice between a traditional dissertation or four projects to be completed over three years."
   
   The doctoral programs require two symposiums each year at their Colorado Springs campus. Each symposium is 4½ days long. The rest of the coursework is online.
