DL University from Ireland. Accredited?

I've come across this institution because of some research for a different project. I'm not at all familiar with accreditation in Ireland so the explanation on this institution's site is somewhat ambiguous to me.

Anyone ever heard of this or able to shed any light?

Short answer is no. They don't even claim to be in their FAQ, however they are careful to include a lot of extra verbiage and tiptoe around giving a direct answer:

I tried to check old versions of their FAQ using archive.org, however they have blocked archive.org from indexing their pages. (Look at their robots.txt file here ... http://www.warnborough.ie/robots.txt ... hmmm, why would they block archive.org from indexing their pages unless they had something to hide?)

It's OK Jacob. Because all our threads are searchable an innocent mistake can help someone else. My experience is that Warnborough advertises widely. I'm afraid that these days they aim their ads towards Asia and so take advantage of many desperate people who don't understand the vagarities of Western accreditation. Anything that shines a light on this is a good thing.

 

Yes - please leave this thread. I just searched for this very institution for the same reason and am grateful to have found this.
