  3. Hi. You posted this to the wrong thread. Anyway, you can take the CLEP Chemistry which has been evaluated by ACE for 6 credits if you achieve a passing score of 50 or above.

Here is a search engine for degree courses in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK. Study in Europe: x Study EU
It is not limited to DL, but it is easy to search for DL degrees.

The financial position of an EU citizen depends on the country where the university is located and in some countries even on the university which offers the degree. For instance, Finland and Sweden plan to introduce tuition fees for foreign students, but their definition of the term "foreign student" doesn't apply to citizens of an EU member country. An EU citizen will qualify for free higher education in these two countries. In Germany, in contrast, all students pay the same fees, but these fees depend on the German state where the university is located. In some states, there is a low tuition fee (about 500 EUR/semester), others are "tuition fee free". However, there is a catch. Most German states do not fully finance DL degrees. The only exception is Fernuniversität Hagen which, however, doesn't offer any courses with English as language of instruction. Therefore, Germany is one of the very few countries in the world where a DL degree often is (much) more expensive than a B&M degree. - I think you see: A general answer to your question is simply not possible. You should always contact the university which offers the degree...

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but the Peterson's search engine on Distance Learning seems to have disappeared! :( I found it very helpful and wish they'd bring it back.

This is the page they have now:

Distance Learning and Online Degree Search

I've looked around the site, but finally decided that I'm just wasting my time. Seems it's just a huge paid advertisement now.

    :(

:usa1: The University of Texas at Austin has put together this fantastic all-inclusive resource. U.S. universities, community colleges, and more.

    Web U.S. Higher Education

In addition to this humongous list, there are links to each school - and I just noticed this:

In addition to institutional links in the lists above, users within the utexas.edu domain can download catalogs from U.S. universities, community colleges, and professional schools provided by CollegeSource in PDF format.

    ...which led to this:

CollegeSource Online : The World's College Catalog Resource

Type in the name of the college/university at the above link, and get the .pdf catalog for that school.

Its always way to difficult to find a college which is accredited. There are scams out there with fake accreditation. So pleasure to see accreditation but it should be from reputed institute.
