    Accredited Distance Public Health Programs

    http://www.asph.org/document.cfm?page=718

    Links lead to courses

    From this website:

    It has been estimated that there are well over three hundred academic institutions that offer a graduate degree in selected specialty areas within public health. Many of these are programs in community health education and programs in community health/preventive medicine.

    However, ASPH represents the CEPH accredited schools of public health in the United States. The Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) is the nationally recognized accrediting body for both schools of public health and public health programs.

    "search engine" a fraud

    <link removed>

    This is another of those common, fraudulent sites that purports to be a search engine but only includes advertised programs in its database. Less-expensive, and usually more reputable, state university programs are not included.

    Since generally, better schools don't advertise heavily, I suggest using this site to eliminate programs.

    another fraud

    <Link to spam site removed>

    Another advertising site masquerading as a search engine.

    Moderator, can't these posts be removed? Especially since this thread is a sticky, it would seem to me that this kind of deceptive site should not be mixed with legitiamte ones.

    Report the post, and one of us will usually remove it in an hour or so.

    It also makes our job easier if you don't quote the spam link in a response, thereby doubling the workload. ;)

    Hello All,

    Newbie here.

    Does anyone know a distance learning body ANYWHERE, that can help me obtain a degree in Zoology?

    Possible option.

    From what I read, Excelsior College has an "Area of Focus" for the Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts degree. Make your area of focus Zoology or get a major in Biology. I wonder if you can do both?

    "Students enrolled in the bachelor’s degree programs can complete an area of focus and have it listed on their transcript as a means of demonstrating a substantial amount of academic attention to a particular discipline. The requirement for an area of focus at the baccalaureate level is 21 semester hours, of which 6 must be at the upper-level. All credits must be in a single discipline. "

    I am amazed at the number of options available through Excelsior, Charter Oak and Tommy Ed.

    I read your PFC experience on Mangerial Accounting. Was it a 300 level course? Can you provide me with some links to find this course? I am on my senior year at BIOLA and looking for correspondant or online courses. Thanks
