    Coming up sooner than you think... I just got a flyer in the mail for the 18th annual Distance Teaching and Learning Conference, August 14-16, in Madison, Wisconsin. You can get all the conference info online at http://www.uwex.edu/disted/conference/

    I've gone the last couple years and found it to be a great experience. More than 1000 attend, and it's a mix of academics, K-12, military, nonprofit and what-have-you.

    And Madison is beautiful in August.
