    It appears the DNS service for the domain detc.org is temporarily down.

    Looks like a configuration problem on the web server. Possibly, someone has deliberately changed the main DETC page to a generic index.html page. Okay, where were all the "RA or nor way" zealots at the time(s) the DETC web site began exhibiting "inexcusable" behaviour?
