Ok here is a question I have been looking into with out suces. Is there a masters degree that can be completed using the continued proffesional development graduate courses for educators.

There seems to be a lot out there through national companies which have teaching agreements with various colleges. But what can these 1 or 2 credit clases count to??

    Thanks for the help

From my old stomping grounds of Seattle, both City University www.cityu.edu and Seattle Pacific University www.spu.edu offer the MEd degree online, and both allow substantial credit for their graduate degrees to be derived from their continuing professional development graduate courses for teachers, known as QUEST and SPIRAL, respectively.

    Check Layola Marymount University.

    www.lmu.edu

They have an extension program and offer PD courses for graduate credit. I believe they accept PD credits to apply towards a Masters degree.

Also, check TEI institute. They offer PD course for graduate credit that transfers to 4 or more universities. I would check those four. I know Madonna University and the University of Pheonix are on there.

However, you must be a certificated teacher for some of them.

    Good luck.
