DEAC has accredited NationsUniversity

    That's what accreditation is, a collection of technicalities. As for the silliness, I guess they weren't so silly that they just swept them aside.

    Personally I think it's a good thing too. I know that some people think that they occupy the lowest level of accreditation and that's OK with me. Maybe they're right, I don't know. We have said before that within the ranks of accredited schools there are levels of "goodness" and so I suppose that someone has to occupy that lowest level. It may as well be the new kid. Despite that, accreditation signifies a minimal level of goodness and it seems that Nations has crossed the threshold. There will always be debates about whether this school is better than that school or whether this school deserves accreditation or not. That's OK. In the end it's not much different than arguing which baseball team is best (the Red Sox suck this year, btw).
