DBA/PHD programs under $40k?

I thought I knew the answer but it may wise for me to verify because I have been doing some serious thinking. Are there any DBA/PHD programs in Accounting from a B&M with little or no residency under $40k? I live in the Canadian Arctic so frequent travel is not an opinion; however, I can travel once a year for at least a month in duration.

Best bet would be in the UK with a target price of $20-25K US Dollars, the Pound was around 1.65 to the dollar today, was as low as 1.35 a few months ago, might go back to 2.00 soon.

By the way, I hold a DBA from USQ. I got it recently evaluated by WES Canada that is the recognized credential evaluator in Ontario and got it evaluated as at the equivalent of a PhD in Canada. This technically gives you the right to call your self PhD instead of DBA as the latter has no meaning for Canadian standards.

Columbia Southern University offers DBA under $40K.

 

Not sure if there are any DBAs/PhDs in Business for under $40,000. But I just did a state-by-state listing and price comparison of DBAs/PhDs in Business. Where'd that thread go?

NCU is full of gray matter - try getting from point 1 to point 2. How many folks have earn a Doctorate vs. starting in the program - Yes shocking...

 

It has been difficult but if you want something bad enough you get it.
