I enrolled my son last year when they were accredited. Now they do not have that info listed on their website. I'm guessing that it's over for them being legit.

What should I do to get my money back?

My guess is there isn't much you can do. I could be wrong, but I am sure the school has some language regarding their not being responsible in the event of accreditation being revoked.

According to this, Continental Academy is accredited by SACS, the legit regional accreditor. Unfortunately, SACS database says otherwise.

However, I think you might have a case for fraud here because I'd be willing to wager that the school has never been accredited. If I'm correct (you should call SACS to verify), It's possible that a strongly written letter indicating that you are aware of their fraudulent intent by claiming SACS accreditation, and intend to request that Florida and FEderal authories go after them for criminal fraud might get you a refund in the hopes of shutting you up.
