    I had quite a lot of Swedish credits taken when the Swedish universities are free of charge, but now I do have a problem, is there a simple way to combine them into a degree of some sorts rather than have a lot of credits lying around?

    You can try Excelsior College, they can apply all your credits towards a BS of Liberal Studies degree but you might be required to take extra course work to finish.

    Being that they are foreign credits would they still simply just transfer over or would the OP have to do some other type of review first? Not questioning you just wondering out of personal curiosity.

    You will be required to submit a WES foreign credential evaluation report for all the credits.

    The problem is that you are required to do 120 credits for the degree. You might be able to transfer credits from existing degrees but you need to take at least a capstone course and some basic credits in math and social sciences to graduate.

    My wife went though the painful process and still 30 credits shy from graduation. She is taking cheap pen foster college to graduate but I think you are limited to 30 credits from this school.

    The person in question already has a BS so the second BS is not so useful unless you want to do an area of focus that can help or you are a teacher.

    My wife wants to become a teacher so the BS in LS works well as it helps for entry into a Canadian teacher's college.

    If the credits in Question are at the graduate level you can try the MS in Liberal Studies that allows up to 15 credits out of 30 credits.

    It would be nice if there is a school that can take all the graduate credits and turn them into a master's degree without any extra work but this doesn't exist as far as I know.

    As RFValve mentioned, you need your credits evaluated by a foreign credential evaluation service. Bears' Guide had several companies listed, with the advice to try a few of them, since there is no universal acceptance. My BG's are in the basement and I'm too tired/lazy to get them now, but I do remember one off the top of my head;

    If I can motivate myself to find my BG's, I'll post the other ones listed tomorrow.

    Actually, Excelsior only accepts WES and ECE.

    WES only accepts transcripts from the school directly while ECE might accept photocopies for certain countries.
