Columbia Southern Partners w/2 RA Schools

Columbia Southern University has partnered with the University of North Alabama (UNA)/Florence and the University of West Alabama (UWA)/ Livingston. These partnerships will provide CSU students with an option of earning nonresidential, regionally accredited degrees, namely the MBA ($900/course) with UNA, and the MSCE with Counseling/Psychology concentration ($750/course) with UWA. Federal Stafford Loans are available for both programs.

...for the most part (and IMHO), a positive development for Columbia Southern, a DETC accredited school with an admittedly shady past, namely its former ACI accreditation.

It is an 11 course program so tuition is $9900. (<< Putting my college education to work and doing the math) Not too bad.

Many years ago, the unaccredited California Pacific University did exactly the same thing with the same school, UNA. I never learned why that one didn't survive.
