Have any of you taken the CISA? If so what resources did you find helpful? Were you glad you took it? Was it worth the cost?

I am also interested in CISA or CISSP. Any responses would be great!

    I am a CISA

I qualified as a CISA some time ago. What i did was bought the CISA review course manual from ISACA and read the whole thing completely. You could also look at their previous questions, which kind of gives you an idea as to what is asked for the exam.

Keep yourself updated with some of the latest stuff happening in the IT Audit field through blogs, websites, email news letters etc.

Become member of the the Purdue discussion group. There are some useful discussions that happen there and you can gain from that.

In my opinion it is worth only if you intend to work as a IT Auditor or work in the assurance practice of any of the big 4 audit firms.
