    Hi all

I work in the Intake Department of my counties Children & Youth services division, which basically means I investigate reports of abuse and neglect. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Criminology but am always interested in learning more about my specific field. Does anyone know of any good online courses or programs that are in the field of Child Welfare, such as Investigations of Abuse. I haven't been able to find anything so I thought I'd ask the experts :) If you have any ideas I would appreciate them.

    Thank You

_Barron's Guide to Distance Learning_ lists Bates Technical College www.bates.ctc.edu , California State University Stanislaus www.csustan.edu , Clackamas Community College www.clackamas.cc.or.us , and Mount Hood Community College www.mhcc.cc.or.us as offering individual courses in child abuse and neglect. I would also bet that most master's degrees in education and social work would have some component on child abuse and neglect.
