My sister majored in Nursing full-time at the University of Alaska for about 2.5 years. She left and completed an Associates of Applied Science in a computer/technical field at Charter College. She is interested in obtaining a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school such as TESC, COSC, or Excelsior, but we're not sure if her coursework from Charter will be accepted. Here is their statement regarding accreditation:

"Charter College is a private, independent Alaskan institution of higher education, accredited by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools and authorized by the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education."

They don't appear to have regional accreditation, but ACICS is listed as a recognized accrediting agency for business schools.

Any insight or opinions regarding whether credits from Charter would be accepted by an RA school, especially those listed above, would be appreciated.

According to admissions officials responding to a recent survey, credits and degrees from nationally accredited schools are 47% less acceptable than those from RA schools with a residency component. A full 20% of respondents said such degrees were not at all acceptable; the remaining 80% rated them lower than those from RA schools.

Whether or not these credits would be acceptable to any particular school(s) would be up to that/those school(s). If one has a particular school in mind, one might hazard a phone call to inquire.
