Certificate Credits to Bachelors?

Anyone know of a DL Financial Planning Certificate program that one can transfer the credits towards a Bachelors Degree?

My thinking is earning these skills while at the same time being able to transfer these credits to Excelsior.

I was planning on taking the Purchasing Certificate program from CSU Dominguez Hills in which the credits WILL transfer.

Any recommendations?

 

I think TESC gives credit for that.
