Can you shoot hollow point bullets at a shooting range?

    I have some that my late uncle left, and I am just wondering. I am curious to see what happens. :)

    I think what happens is that that paper target will never bother anyone again. :)

    Yes, a lot of ranges actually prefer them. The hollow point bullets will expand and flatten upon hitting the backstop, draining most of their energy, and making ricochets very unlikely.
