    Those pictures are degraded. During a class I took for the Army (open to all, we had a few federal agents in it) they showed us backscatter x-ray technology, and the picture looked exactly like a naked black and white photo of the subjects, and various objects like guns look "stuck" to the subjects body. The resolution was far better than those I have came across on the net.
