Thanks..this is very helpful. I am thinking Fielding is my best option longterm and I was really impressed with their materials and mentor system. They work with APA on internships as well and have a graduation rate in the 90 percentile. I have already had internships offered to me so I will see how it works when the time comes!

I could actually squeak by with limited licensure in my state so this would be no better than where I am now. I can counsel legally, take private patients etc because of my theology degrees and 501c3 status.

I did write NCU and this was the response

Because most states require a year of residence in the doctoral program, most of our graduates do not meet the EPPP requirements.

Hi does anyone know about open university in London..apparently they will let you in at a post grad level with appropriate experience if you successfully complete a level 2 course. They are registered with the British Psych society

    Hi Healing

Last I heard it was against their rules for an American to enroll. With the closing of USOU they may have softened or changed their rules. It is certainly worth checking out.

    Open uni

    Hi
Just thought I would give an update. I got into OU because my husband is British..They do have a recertification program. The regular honors degree is 360 credits and APA and BPS are compatible.

Because I am going for the recert I bought a couple of the courses they are letting me skip on Ebay so I can be sure I have the background. The courses are really well laid out and can be picked up for about 60 dollars via ebay. If I was going to do degree by examination I would buy them.

I got a little traumatised because I would learn the info from insta cert go to another practise exam site and only get 60%
