My grades have just been posted and I just earned my first six college hours !!!!! I am also in the middle of earning my second 6 hours. It may not sound like a lot, but it means the world to me.

Just out of curiosity, what school are you attending?

I remember that feeling not from when I originally started, but when I returned after several years and passed my first CLEP tests. Even a little progress felt great. Anyway, I eventually finished up and you will too!

EXCELLENT!!!!!! Keep up the good work. If you do not start, you will never finish. You will be done before you now it.

Balancing family and academic commitments can be challenging at times. Perserverance is key.

    Congrats!

Actually, I am a full-time working mother of 5 children (14, 12, 10, 6 and 3) and attend Liberty University full - time through distance learning. It is not easy, but actually I am having fun in college. :)

    WOW

I'm impressed! I worked full-time plus, but I only have two kids (14, 12) and did my MBA in three instead of two years. You should be proud!

    It CAN be done!

Mom of 5 I'm a mom of 7, and I work full time, AND I just graduated with my BA in Social Sciences in December. (TESC). Just keep on plugging away and remember Rome wasn't built in a day.

Congrats! While I don't have any children, YET, I do work with many classmates that have them. All I can say is keep up the great work and stay focused! Once again, Congrats!
