It's interesting that while many traditional universities are getting into the distance learning field, Ball State University (who have been involved for years) have dropped their Distance Education MS in Computer Science. http://www.cs.bsu.edu/gwen/courses/distance.htm
This is too bad, but probably not the last DL program to bite the dust. Especially in MBA programs, the market has to reach a saturation point. I'm personally surprised there is a demand for all the DL MBA programs already being offered, and more schools look eager to jump on the bandwagon. Bruce
Interestingly enough a recent issue of ComputerWorld (October issue, but I passed it off to a friend) just had a front page article on the need for MBAs. Especially for the technical minded. There is still a need. John
