  1. has anyone heard of any distance learning programs for either automotive engineering or auto maintenance, my coworker went to ferris state and never competed it and his classes are really weird like brake lab, 8 cylinder engines and stuff like that and he didnt do any gen eds, he talked to excelsior and he wasnt happy with what they had to say because they said he had way over the amount of applied professional, almost 100, anyways if you guys know of any programs let me know. thanks.

    Charter Oak offers an Individualized Studies degree;

    There is a member here (not active for a long time) who did a COSC IS degree in something pretty esoteric, something to do with prosthetics, but his name escapes me at the moment. It certainly can't hurt to ask.

    The Union Institute & University also offers an IS program, but I haven't heard much about it;

    Over 100 applied professional? Sounds like he just needs to get his gen eds out of the way and then try Charter Oak as Bruce said.
