ATT Tom Nixon and/or John or Mariah Bear -What's new in 16th Edition of Bear's Guide?

Almost exactly 5 years ago (on 16th Dec 2002), I wrote a post, in this same forum, titled "ATT John Bear: Differences between 15th Edition and 14th Edition?". In that post, I asked what would be the differences between the 14th Edition of the "Bears' Guide to Earning Degrees by Distance Learning" (the last edition available at the time) and the (then) upcoming 15th Edition of the same guide.

(Dr.) John Bear wrote a very nice reply to my post where he explained what would be the "new features" of the 15th Edition.

Meanwhile, in January 2006, the 16th Edition of the Guide came up, now authored by Mariah Bear and Tom Nixon. The funny thing is that I can't find neither a "Table of Contents" for the 16th Edition, nor any info telling what's new/different in this Edition.

I've done several searches in this forum, and I also looked in several "listings" of this 16th edition, never finding that "Table of Contents". Namely, I've read the following listings:

- Amazon.com listing
- Degree.net listing (only lists the 15th Edition!)
- Ten Speed Press listing (book publisher)


The best I could find, regarding the 16th Edition, was a review in About.com, published by Jamie Littlefield:

So, I'm asking this: can anyone please point me to the "Table of Contents" of the 16th Edition and/or to a list of differences between the 15th and the 16th Edition?
