The Army has launched a Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) website. Soldiers can use the site to:

    1. Find civilian occupations that are related to their military occupations

    2. Understand what credentials are available and what it takes to get those credentials, and

    3. Find programs that may help pay for credentialing courses and fees.

While at the site's homepage, you can click on "Credential Search" at the top of the screen. On the next page, enter your MOS code and click "GO." A list of civilian occupations will appear, many may have links to the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) credentialing program website, which will list programs that DANTES may help pay for.
