Well, since Texas A&M didn't seem excited about having me join their English PhD program (they showed their lack of excitement by turning my application down), I have decided to apply to Sam Houston's MA in History. Hopefully, they will be more receptive... So what is it about DL that just keeps a person coming back for more?
Way back when I attended Sam Houston State – the Aggies from TAMU use to burn-up SH 30 from College Station to Huntsville, e.g., SHSU had all good-looking the girls… Don’t worry about A&M; besides they were eliminated by California (are you kidding) today in the College World Series (CWS).
Well, my current plan is to work on the SHSU MA and reapply next year for A&M. If I get it, then great. If not, then just keep working on the MA.
