We already knew that GHF liked shooting starving Palestinians. GHF stands for the Gaza Hate Foundation or at least it should. They seem to have hired perfectly!

    Bill,

That comparison really doesn’t make sense. By your logic, should we label the entire Catholic Church the “Catholic Pedophile Church” because of the actions of a minority of predatory priests? Or call every organization corrupt because some of its members are corrupt?

What you’re doing here is guilt-by-association.
You’re taking allegations about a few bad actors and using that to smear an entire organization that is, in fact, feeding and supporting millions of people in Gaza.
Whatever problems there may be with individual contractors, it’s simply dishonest to erase the scale of aid being provided by reducing the whole effort to a caricature.

Dismissing an entire humanitarian organization with name-calling like “Gaza Hate Foundation” doesn’t just misrepresent reality—it undermines the work of those actually risking their lives to deliver food and medicine to people who desperately need it.

GHF need to do better screening. And as to anti Islamist gang, I read many former US solders that foght ISIS among them, I don't think they shoot at Palestinians deliberatly.

This war is horible, and feeling running high, because a lot of suffering and people get killed. No one denies that hardship that Gaza terrorists brought upon it-self.

Exclusive video reveals Gaza boy once reported killed by IDF is alive and safe with his mother.

US military veterans returning from the Iraq war fighting ISIS qualify to provide security against Hamas.

GHF was apparently implemented in order to better create famine in Gaza. The UN system of distributing food had many hundreds of distribution sites. Israel put in place very restrictive rules required for UN to continue getting distribution food, created the GHF to try to create a poor cover for the oncoming famine. They had FOUR distribution sites. FOUR distribution sites for 2 million starving people. FOUR is ridiculous. You believe whatever you want. You will anyway no matter how irrational and illogical that belief is but FOUR sites for 2 million starving people!!!! That is plain wrong and should be a red flag making the evil intent obvious.

The GHF hiring Islamophobic guards is sad but I also found it very hilarious in a macabre sort of way. So my post was my way of trying to laugh at the obvious evil of Netanyahu and his government.

    Bill,

You’re conflating two very different things. There’s a big difference between being “Islamophobic” and being hardened veterans who’ve fought jihadi extremists like ISIS. In a war zone where aid convoys are under constant threat, GHF hiring people with real-world combat and security experience isn’t some sinister plot—it’s common sense.

GHF’s mission is to get aid into Gaza, but that’s simply not possible without security. Pretending they can distribute food in an active combat zone without heavily armed protection is unrealistic and dangerous. Security isn’t an optional extra; it’s the only reason aid workers can survive long enough to deliver help.

Instead of painting this as “evil intent,” maybe acknowledge the reality: distributing humanitarian aid in a conflict area requires people who know how to operate in those conditions. That doesn’t make them villains, it makes them qualified.

Lerner, ignoring almost everything I said demonstrates perfectly why I'm such a stupid idiot fool to discuss anything with you. The UN had 400 food distribution sites. FOUR GHF food distribution sites for 2 million starving and hungry people is ridiculous.

    Bill,
You’re completely missing the point I was making. Yes, the UN used to have hundreds of distribution sites, but that was before Hamas turned Gaza into an active war zone where aid convoys and workers were being routinely attacked.

It’s not just about setting up hundreds of food stations—it’s about keeping them secure so people can actually get the aid alive.

That’s exactly why GHF has fewer but heavily fortified distribution points. Security isn’t evil; it’s essential. And if that means using personnel with combat experience, so be it.
These aren’t “Islamophobic mercenaries,” they’re professionals who have dealt with terrorist threats before—exactly the kind of expertise you’d want protecting both aid workers and civilians.
If your argument is that four secure sites isn’t enough, that’s fair criticism. But twisting that into some “evil intent” narrative ignores the harsh reality: Hamas’ tactics, smuggling tunnels, and targeting of aid convoys make large-scale distribution almost impossible without militarized protection. Demonizing GHF for operating under impossible conditions does nothing to help the people of Gaza actually get food.

The assertion that four Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) food distribution sites are insufficient for 2 million people is widely supported by humanitarian organizations, which cite the stark reduction from the previous UN aid system. Aid groups have highlighted the risks and dangers faced by civilians attempting to get food from the GHF sites.
    Drastic reduction of aid sites
    • Before the GHF replaced the UN-coordinated system, there were approximately 400 aid distribution points across Gaza.
    • The GHF has replaced this system with only four distribution hubs, creating a severe bottleneck for aid. These hubs were mostly set up in southern and central Gaza, and did not initially serve the north.
    Dangerous and insufficient conditions
    • Militarized zones: Doctors Without Borders reported that the four GHF sites were located in areas under Israeli military control. This forces hungry Palestinians to cross military lines to get food.
    • Deadly violence: Since the GHF began operating, hundreds of Palestinians have been killed and thousands more injured near GHF distribution points. Reports indicate that Israeli forces and other armed groups have fired on civilians waiting for food.
    • Logistical failures: Aid experts have criticized the GHF's approach. Some aid distributed was not ready-to-eat and required water and fuel, resources that are largely unavailable. Wait times are short, with some sites open for only 8 to 11 minutes at a time. The first-come, first-served method excludes many, including the most vulnerable.
    Opposition from humanitarian organizations
    • The UN and other humanitarian groups have strongly opposed the GHF system, citing violations of humanitarian principles like neutrality and independence.
    • The GHF system was implemented by Israeli authorities, who had previously blocked aid and accused UN agencies of allowing diversion.
    • Top officials from the UN World Food Programme and UNRWA have condemned the GHF system, with one commissioner calling aid distribution "a death trap".
    • The system has drawn criticism even from within, with the GHF's original director resigning, stating the organization could not operate according to humanitarian principles.
:D (Apologies again to my fellow posters.)

I think apologies from you need to be addressed to the US veterans, who are securing GHF, as the Israeli authorities and the GHF are much more reliable than Hamas, you seem to ignore this fact.
In my opinion, the veterans that dealt with ISIS were qualified sufficiently to provide security.
If any bias they have against Islamists radicals, it's a plus because, they had first-hand experience with those terrorists.

So Bill, the facts you present leave out a critical dimension: security and reliability. The GHF system was not created in a vacuum. It was designed to ensure aid actually reaches civilians, rather than being diverted or weaponized by armed groups like Hamas.
    Final Point
Perhaps recognition should be directed toward the veterans and aid workers who risk their lives daily to keep food flowing into Gaza under extraordinarily hostile conditions. The alternative—handing distribution back to organizations repeatedly compromised by Hamas—is hardly a humanitarian solution.

The GHF system was so inhuman that the original director of the GHF resigned!! Why was such an inhuman system implemented? The obvious answer to this question is that Netanyahu WANTED an inhuman system. The evil man and his evil fellow government far right zealots wanted to create famine which they have successfully done!

(GHF) was forced to shut down operations at a women’s food distribution site Thursday after what it called a credible terror threat from Hamas.

Bill, your accusations about the GHF don’t fully reflect the situation. There are complex security challenges involved, such as credible terror threats that have forced the suspension of operations to protect civilians, which need to be considered alongside concerns about the system itself.

GHF spokesperson Chapin Fay told FND - GHF had served about 4,000 of roughly 5,500 assembled Palestinian women when military-aged males amassing nearby began to pose a threat to operations. "At first, small numbers of men appeared to survey the GHF site. Those men began making phone calls, and the group grew to a strength of several hundred."

"In real time, we heard from trusted local sources that Hamas was planning to rush the site. We also received credible information that Hamas operatives were planning to infiltrate women-only distributions dressed as women."

Instead of copying my post and then completely ignoring everything I posted, wouldn't it make much more sense to not pretend to reply to my post? Meaning just to make your post without hitting the "Reply" button? Because you are not replying to my post?

You didn’t actually address my points either—you dismissed them outright.
That’s why this conversation feels circular.
I’m directly engaging with your claims: you said GHF was designed to “create famine” and hired guards out of “evil intent.” I’m pointing out that:

    1. Security is non-negotiable in a war zone, especially when distributing aid under constant threat.

    2. Hiring people with counter-terror experience doesn’t make them “Islamophobic mercenaries”—it makes them suited for protecting both workers and civilians.

    3. Having fewer distribution sites is a security strategy, not evidence of some sinister agenda.
You’re treating disagreement as if I didn’t read your post, but I’m actually challenging the narrative you’re pushing.
    That’s called debate.

Your posts have been completely irrelevant to the issue that the GHF is an inhumane organization. Well except for this one statement.

The first GHF director resigned because he was directing an inhumane organization at least that was his point of view. Why do you think he thought it was an inhumane organization? Obviously because one food distribution site cannot feed half a million people. Other problems is that many people simply can't get to the sites because they live too far away from any of the four sites.

This article was from May 27. It took just a very few months of the GHF for official famine to be declared in Gaza. Also making a mockery of your illogical assertion. I think that it is an excellent demonstration of Netanyahu being callous and evil.

Head of controversial US-backed Gaza aid group resigns, citing concerns over independence and impartiality
    Tue May 27, 2025
    quote:
The group is supposed to start operating four distribution sites, all located in southern and central Gaza – but it has come under heavy criticism from top humanitarian officials, with the UN and other organizations refusing to work with the new group.

The UN warned that the fact the initial sites were only in southern and central Gaza could be seen as encouraging Israel’s publicly stated goal of forcing “the entire Gazan population” out of northern Gaza, as Defense Minister Israel Katz put it earlier this month.

The US and the GHF have both been at pains to say that it is not an Israeli initiative – despite Israel’s support for it, and its role in designating and securing the distribution sites.

Speaking to CNN earlier in May, Wood had urged the UN and other groups to reconsider their opposition, admitting that the plan was “not perfect,” but would allow critical aid and food supplies to Gazans who desperately need it.

He added in May that he “unequivocally… will not be a part of anything that forcibly dislocates or displaces the Palestinian population.”

US military veteran Jake Wood quit as GHF’s executive director after just a matter of weeks at the organization, publicly launched by the US in early May.

“I am proud of the work I oversaw, including developing a pragmatic plan that could feed hungry people, address security concerns about diversion, and complement the work of longstanding NGOs in Gaza,” said Wood in a statement.

“However, it is clear that it is not possible to implement this plan while also strictly adhering to the humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence, which I will not abandon,” he added.
