It is a very damning report because it identifies and backs up the conclusions of a very large percentage of the world population. Israel is losing the information battle. The Gaza destruction and killing has gone on too long. Time for the hostilities to end and the hostages to come home.

But it won't happen. Neither Netanyahu nor the settler parties will back down. This is their Big Chance and they won't waste it.

I understand your perspective—it’s truly tragic for everyone involved in this conflict. While Israel appears to be facing challenges in the information war, they are contending with a ruthless and determined adversary, significantly weakening their capabilities.

The rapid changes in Syria, such as ISIS rebels toppling the Assad regime in just two days and now raising their flags, further highlight the volatility of the region.

It’s worth noting that what is publicly communicated often differs from the discourse occurring between state leaders through official and unofficial channels.

Although Hamas and its allies have been successful in shaping perceptions for many, the truth will ultimately reveal that Israel did not commit genocide in Gaza.

There’s some cautious optimism surrounding this round of talks—perhaps a deal is on the horizon.

I've read some articles about these religious zealots and believe what you say is their firm belief. Hopefully the religious zealots you refer to will be voted out of office. Or, perhaps Netanyahu will decide the political cost is no longer worth it. The chaos President coming back into power makes predictions very difficult except for this one prediction, we know there will be lots and lots of chaos.

The next mandatory Israeli election is October 2026. Nothing and no one can force an election sooner so long as Bibi carries the Settler Parties' water. He will because that's the only way he can avoid facing trial.

By then, Arab Gaza may no longer exist.

If this mess in Gaza carries on for that long Israel is going to lose much of the support that they still have here in America. If it gets politically nasty for Trump he's not going to continue standing with Israel. Things could get very ugly for Israel in that case.

Israel needs only one friend or, should I say, accomplice. Biden's blank check is sickening. Trump may be worse, if worse is possible. I cannot imagine the American Evangelicals turning against Israel if they haven't already.

While it's important to critique foreign policy, we must avoid generalizing or vilifying entire groups of people. For instance, many Americans, including Evangelicals, care deeply about justice and human rights for all people—both Israelis and Palestinians. The conversation should be about encouraging accountability, promoting peace, and ensuring that all parties are working toward a future where everyone can live with dignity and security and rootout terror.

Number of Civilian Deaths in Gaza ‘Inflated to Vilify Israel,’ Study Claims

A recent report by the Henry Jackson Society suggests that the number of civilian casualties in Gaza has been deliberately exaggerated to portray Israel in a negative light. According to the study, the Palestinian Ministry of Health, which operates under Hamas, has been systematically inflating death toll figures by failing to distinguish between civilians and combatants, over-reporting fatalities among women and children, and even including individuals who died before the conflict began.

The report highlights several statistical discrepancies, including:

    • Natural Deaths Included: Researchers found that approximately 5,000 natural deaths—such as those of cancer patients—appeared to have been added to the casualty list. These deaths, which would have occurred regardless of the ongoing conflict, were included as fatalities of the current violence, despite the patients still receiving treatment in hospitals.

    • Misclassification of Casualties: Other inaccuracies were discovered in casualty reports, such as adult deaths being recorded as children, and men being misidentified as women. These errors, some of which were later corrected by the Ministry, artificially inflated the number of women and children listed as victims.

    • Age Manipulation: The report also found that the ages of the deceased were frequently revised downward, sometimes by as much as a year, to increase the number of children reported as killed. This pattern was evident when comparing the reported ages to the Palestinian Population Register.
Given the discrepancies in official Palestinian counts and their growing reliance on questionable data from media reports, the credibility gaps revealed by a Washington Institute study
Researchers concluded that the majority of those killed were men aged 15-45, but these figures were skewed in the official reporting to create a misleading impression of a higher proportion of child victims.
