What, to pretend to be what you're not so as to enhance your persuasiveness? That's yet another reason why, as much as I like Jesus, I'm no fan of Paul.

I feel your pain, I listen mostly to sports talk radio when I'm driving, and local shows at that. I can't stand the Patriots conspiracy theorists on the national shows.

It's not terribly difficult Kizmet. In order to understand the current upheavals in American politics, one needs to get their mind around the distinction between Trump's voters (the majority of Republican voters and many 'working class' Democrats as well), for whom illegal immigration and America's ongoing deindustrialization are fundamental litmus-test issues, and the Wall Street Journal big-business Republicans, whose biggest issue is always lowering taxes on the rich.

Nobody will understand Trump's election victory until they understand that growing estrangement between tens of millions of voters and both parties' ostensible leadership. (It's happening on the Democratic side too.)

No, Trump's victory had nothing to do with Russians (or with ufo aliens or the illuminati). He simply picked up on that dissatisfaction and gave voice to it.

While the Wall Street Journal isn't a Democratic party propaganda organ, it might be just as out of tune with the Trumpian Zeitgeist as the New York Times is. So in that NYC media elites sense, it most definitely is "MSM".
