Akershus University College in Norway has a PhD in Behavioral Analysis (Høgskolen i Akershus - PhD program in Behavioral Analysis) that allows students to take the educational portion from UNT's online Behavioral Analysis program (Behavior Analysis Online Courses). It's in English, and might be funded by the university since there seems to be no information about tuition or fees on Akershus' website (if anyone has any information on this, it would be helpful). Distance Education is not directly addressed, but the "Internationalization" paragraph makes it seem possible (also see identified "partner institutions"). Although the PhD requires only educational 3 courses to be taken, it seems as though a student would be able to continue the UNT courses and work toward certification as a Behavioral Analyst and work on the PhD simultaneously. See the BACB's certification requirements here. Thoughts? Does anyone have any information about studying in Norway?
