There have been several posts regarding Northcentral University and I was wondering how the PhD program was with respect to quality of program, and responsiveness of staff.

First hand knowledge means that you have taken a class at NCU
Second hand knowledge means you know someone personally that has taken a class at NCU

    Any other comments are welcome.

What are the definitions for the levels of quality?

    Re: Definitions

I guess GREAT would be: above expectations
I guess GOOD would be: meets expectations
I guess POOR would be: below expectations

It is very subjective. I just want to get an idea of peoples opinions that have first or second hand knowledge of the PhD program.
