Is American RA really equivalent to international standards?

    Sexually transmitted diseases are a widespread phenonemon, therefore their relative effect on any individual's health is approximately zero? :D

    I'd be surprised if "all other schools" after World War II, or in the 1960s, had grade inflation to the same extent as Harvard, but I admit I don't have data.

    You know oxpecker, I post a simple message that's polite but critical to Mark's posting and all he can do in reply is correct my spelling. In an ealier posting he wrote, "Readers of this forum are better informed than your average bear." In this regard I agree with Mark. I think they know what's going on here.

    Papal Charter

    They have what is essentailly a Papal Charter, predating the present charter system - remember that King kicked the Pope out and HE became the HOC ... and on another note worth considering, they still mark each other's exams, Oxford does Cambridges and v.v. - try that in the system the rest of us work/research/study under ... :D
