    Is this possible?
    Masters degree which is:
    • online
    • cheap (but not affordable because affordable never seems to be actually affordable)
    • Christian studies (none pastoral) or Jewish studies (not looking to be a Rabbi)
    • none RA (serious about the cheap part)
    • none proctoring (no web cam)

    Isn't that NationsU?

Would you clear up a few things here: What is "cheap" to you? What specifically do you mean by "Christian Studies"? What does "none RA" mean?

Yes, I think Nations University is the best fit in the OP's expectations.

I am a faculty member at NationsU and the institution could certainly be a choice (depending a theological/doctrinal perspective expected/desired by the student). Seeing that the OP asks for no pastoral courses, the Master of Theological Studies would be the choice most likely to meet the stated expectations.

Depending on whether the OP means that he (or she) is ok with no accreditation, The Log College and Seminary (formerly TNARS) offers completely free programs, including an MBS and MTS that are devoid of pastoral courses. The school is theologically conservative and Presbyterian. I do not know much about The Log, but I do know that it works on the mentorship model and makes its syllabi known at the outset.

Another option is Whitefield Theological Seminary, whose reputation is stellar among Reformed evangelicals. Whitefield has an MA for around $3500 and affords a very low monthly payment plan. I happen to think very highly of their programs, which also use the mentor model. Yet another option is Birmingham Theological Seminary (affiliated with Briarwood Presbyterian Church), which offers a MApol and an MBS that would fit the aforementioned criteria at less than $200 per credit.

Finally, Forge Theological Seminary offers an MTh in Biblical and Theological Studies and an MTS in Biblical Counseling for $60 per month. We have an excellent faculty and a fantastic Learning Management System which affords asynchronous coursework. However, each graduate course requires a brief competency evaluation at its close, which may be done over the phone, zoom, etc. (I am affiliated with Forge Theological Seminary)

NA degrees can actually be surprisingly expensive, compared to RA degrees. So, saying you don't want RA is not saying much when it comes to costs.

NationsU doesn't have web-proctoring, but it does have proctoring. You need to find your own in-person proctor that they must approve of. A librarian or your pastor or something like that.

I don't know about the proctoring part, but there is also Kairos with a Master of Arts for $300/mo. https://kairos.edu/academics/programs/master-of-arts/

Cheap = $10,000 total degree price or under.
Christian Studies = not a pastor degree, like Master of Arts
None RA = none Regionally Accredited (for me seems to be more expensive than other accreditation agencies)

Oh, you mean not an MDiv or a similar degree designed for clergy. You also meant non-RA. Like Rich said, NA doesn't always mean cheaper. It's better to give a cost limit because there could be an RA or NA program that will fall under it.

Yes, not the degree for clergy. Yes, none Regional Accredited. A cheaper degree from a Regional Accredited school? That might exist. Lamar University use to, might still have, a $10,000 Masters.
