$119 is a good deal. I clicked on the link and it shows $119 but when I put it in the cart, it turned out to be $149. I wonder if there is another way to achieve the $119 price?
Be careful. Rosetta Stone has a lot of good PR, but the program itself isn't so good. There are a lot of idioms translated literally (and other similar gaffs), so you'll sound funny to a native speaker. You'll probably be understood, but you should definitely use more than just RS to learn any language.
