https://www.cnn.com/2022/05/27/politics/michael-sussmann-trial/index.html A nice commentary from CNN. I'm taking a break until after the verdict. Wishing you and all of our Degreeinfo colleagues a God Blessed Memorial Day, as we remember those who died in uniform.
Sussman is an innocent man. Typical outcome of all the manufactured Clinton "scandals". They are the most thoroughly vetted innocent people in the country.
The alleged lie by Sussman sounded pretty innocuous to me? Meaning it didn't really seem to impact the facts significantly.
The judge set five criteria the jury should find before returning a verdict of guilty. Watching Robert Gouveia Esq go over the transcripts was a good education for me. I do love YouTube.
I read a few articles on it but couldn't find any of the five elements listed. Do you remember any of them? Thanks
Please see near the 24 minute mark of this video. I must say I really enjoyed Robert Gouveia's coverage of this trial.
