https://news.cornell.edu/stories/2021/10/johnson-offers-new-degree-ecornell-master-science-business-analytics https://www.johnson.cornell.edu/programs/ms-in-business-analytics/ Tuition: $78,586 Not cheap, but also not too expensive (for an Ivy league degree).
Imperial College London also offers a Master of Science in Business Analytics for £34,300 ($47,334.86 current rate). URL: https://www.imperial.ac.uk/business-school/programmes/msc-business-analytics/ Unless one is seeking for Ivy league degree status, but Georgia Tech's Master in Analytics would do the job for $9,900.00 URL: https://www.edx.org/masters/online-master-science-analytics-georgia-tech
It might be a fair price with the additional $ 69,000 for just presenting "CORNELL" and its logo on the certificate, compared to the one of Georgia Tech.
Interesting. Makes them competitive with NYU Stern and Duke Fuqua with online Business Analytics degrees. Would be interested to see how they structure their semesters in terms of how many courses someone takes at a time.
Cornell's degree is being positioned as a business masters degree and it's offered by the Johnson School (their business school). The curriculum looks very business-oriented. I agree with @JoshD that this seems to be positioned vs Duke Fuqua and NYU Stern's offerings. GT is better for purely technical fields like CS, but for business-related degrees, Cornell >>>> Georgia Tech. I don't think Georgia Tech's MS Analytics is offered by their business school (although they do participate). I feel like MS Analytics candidates would be well positioned for Data Analyst/Engineer/Scientist jobs, whereas Cornell's degree would probably work for someone who wants to be on the business side (e.g. Product Owner, Business Translator, Analytics Strategy Consultant, etc).
