I have trouble understanding the Level education system in the UK the first website explains the UK system The other above programs offer level 7 programs in Psychology.
The UK Public college site offers a Level 7 (Masters Equivalent ) diploma in psychology for £157
Does this mean this program is equal to a Master's degree and would it be evaluated in the USA by a NACES eval service as equal to a master's degree?

Endorsed is not the same as accredited. You should find the accredited one. For the diploma you asked, the answer is no, it won't evaluated as master's.

Furthermore, these are courses - they may lead up to an award, cert, or diploma. Having said that, these are unregulated, which means, they're CPD (continuing pro development). If you want a possibility to transfer into a US institution through evaluation from a NACES agency, these has to be regulated awards, certs, or diplomas. Moreover, a Level 7 will be most likely evaluated as a post-grad diploma as it is missing the project/thesis to be a "full Masters".

In the US there are limited # of Master degree programs such as one year Masters degree. Some programs of Master of Engineering for example has no Thesis requirement.

Accredited postgraduate level 7 diploma in Engineering from the UK may as well be evaluated as Masters of Engineering in some instances based on comparison of course work. But mostly Grad diploma.

Award is up to 12 credits. Certificate is up to 30, and Diploma is above 32 or 36 I dont remember exactly.

I'm not sure about other members on this board, but I would think that it would be considered equivalent to CEUs.

As far as I know the framework was established for Academic credit.
This is why one with HNC lev 4 can enter in to last 2 years of Bachelors degree in UK. And HND lev 5 can be accepted in to final year of Bachelors degree in the UK.
Most of the Accredited awards, Certificates and Diplomas do have Academic credit value.
Universities in the UK review and approve which ones they accept.

This is why the providers list which university accepts and in to which program for top up. No guarantee that others will accept. So one needs to check if the diploma be accepted by their desired university before enrollment in the diploma program.
