I DONT WANT TO TAKE THE GMAT!!! OH I FORGOT!!!! NO GMAT!!! I HAVE NOT TAKEN THE GMAT AND PREFER NOT TO! SO...... HOW DO THE SCHOOLS RANK OR WHAT IS YOUR FEEDBACK ON THE SCHOOLS I LISTED. FELICIA THANKS
Have you checked out Jonathan Liu's "Jonnie's Distance Learning Page" for some additional ideas? (http://www.geocities.com/liu_jonathan/distance.html) Darren.
Re: I DONT WANT TO TAKE THE GMAT!!! I believe you have the option to take the GMAT =or= write a couple of essays for admission to Regis. For Nova, you don't need to take it if your undergrad GPA is 2.5 or better. As for Keller, I thought I read somewhere (on this forum) that Keller's own admission test can be taken in lieu of the GMAT.
public university first If you have choice, go for a DL MBA from a public university. Public university is usually more creditable.
Re: public university first Yeah, but she specifically stated "no GMAT" and it appears as if that's a requirement at many public universities. Is there a list of those that don't?
What is the big deal about not taking the GMAT......so you don't blow the roof off, it usually won't keep you out unless you have a really low GPA. So, take it and go to whatever school meets the other requirements.
Felicia, in your latest post on this particular thread you appear to have already determined the list of four schools as being the selection and choice from which you will make your final decision. Having read the several responses from the members, they in fact have expanded and probably added confusion for you in actually extending the list. The FINAL list as you noted is now down to which suits you and has absolutely nothing to do with "feeling", since this cant be measured by the forum..only you. If your asking for the decision based on pesonal choice from the forum, then you will invite several personal choices (which you have seen), however for you..make up your mind based on your personal selection of "No GMAT, Cost, Marketing & Accredited" Good luck with that final decision..keep us advise of your decision, or simply flip a coin.
