I thought the point was that 2U was supposed to provide turnkey programs and then attract students to them, where the professors would teach. Apparently that may not be true? I would be upset with an $88/per credit hour fee on top of the 65% cut on the overall tuition they charge just for marketing the programs.
I can't help but think that OPMs exploit the fact that many university decision makers aren't that great at business so as to sell them a solution to help them overcome that they also aren't that great at marketing.
