    Interesting find!

For personal learning, this may prove like a fun program.

Anyone heard of The Stimson Center before? Have they done other certificate courses before?

No, and I've been in the D.C. area my whole life and have an interest in public policy.

To attempt to have a global ranking of think tanks seems even more ridiculous to me than having one for universities. I mean, our Canadians here won't be surprised that I like the Fraser Institute, but if they're ranked globally over the Council on Foreign Relations then I have no earthly idea what's supposedly being measured here.

(That does not at all suggest being dismissive of this particular course, though.)

The 121-page report of ranking above is fascinating to me. Heck, I have not heard of 99% of the 408 DC-based Think Tanks. (1872 in the USA).

My favorite think tank is the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) from the UK rated #7
