I'm looking to get my MA in psych. I have been accepted to Ashford and GCU. Which would be the better pick as far as student support, availability, etc? Any good/bad experiences?

I know Ashford is transitioning to UA, so that may change some things, but I still would like opinions!

Which would you pick for yourself?

Neither. There are schools with a better reputation offering online master's degrees in psychology. If I had to absolutely choose between the two, I'd go with GCU.

for Ashford, you can trick pe0ple that you graduate from the University of Arizona

I don't think the OP will have to trick anyone. The Ashford/UofA deal is expected to be finalized by the end of the year. So, it's unlikely that the OP will graduate before then. So, they would have a diploma from the University of Arizona GLOBAL.

Which is, of course, to be a different university entirely from the University of Arizona.

Agreed. That is why I put the global in bold. I know some unethical people will want to present themselves as UofA grads, similar to some UMGC grads who'd want to align themselves with UM (Flagship in College Park).
