I'm hoping to offer insider experience every now and then. On your questions...

Foreign equivalency I believe it is still far ahead to reach that point. I think a lot more improvements can be made on the platform. If they approached me I can do a decent job on that Moodle to include SCORM and xAPI elements in there like interactive whiteboard ps and built in webinars, or migrate to a more customisable open source platform. I'm also used to using proprietary platforms like Blackboard Learn which will absolutely draw in more learners provided they have a decent faculty.

Regional accreditation I really can't tell and to be honest from my position I don't really see it as my priority (I have a list of postgrad qualifications already hence why) but I can see why this would be important for most others. Also, I have never understood this NA or RA business that you have in the States. I find most of your programmes really costly for me, so much so that whenever I use a distance learning search database, the filter where it says 'location' I always untick the States because in comparison to even the UK, the States is costly including WGU. Never mind comparing it with UNISA or Amity or the new universities in Malaysia. Some time in the future I would go for a States university just because I haven't done one yet, not because I need one. I did an SCPM with Stanford and contemplated on eCornell, but I just find them costlier now. I did my LLM for around US$6000 and its from a top 100 university in law and is internationally recognised. What the States has is a wide option of courses I'd give you all that. I fancy the Harvard Executive School course which my friend did but he spent quite a lot on that. To be Highest accreditation, wearing my pessimistic hat, I doubt it in the near future. But it will be thereabouts where most universities are around the 300-400 400-500 500+ world ranking I guess. Their odds will be better if they invest in the faculty and the platform. I give them one solid up vote, their customer service is quite good. Hopefully the instructor service is on par as well.

Which program am I taking I will leave this out for now, in case any representative gets news of it and this exact program suddenly gets preferential treatment. You know, like a restaurant knowing that a food critic is heading their way.

But I've gone through the members list, and I assume the Spanish version Eneb.es has more members, the English version has more than 4000 students. My concern is around a quarter of them have never even logged in. I assume they were given free passes to tour the platform because there is an offer of that. Login as guest or something. There are two big country groups in the platform I will not share them here, but I assume the promotion was big in these two consumer groups.

I'm in this course only because I am extremely curious about it. In the past around 10 years back I was quite naive about dodgy institutions. Rise and Must come to mind. But for the past ten years I've done my fair share of wonderful online learning experiences and got myself into the online teaching industry as well.

So for this course, the truth will be in the pudding.

As you stated, if you already have good names of Universities in your CV but want something legit that will not undermine your previous work, UNEB is a decent option for learning at low cost. You are still required to do the work and still required to spend about the same amount of time that you would spend with any of the online RA options but the difference is cost.
The main difference is that in Spain, "propio" degrees do not have to be taught by PhD or MAsters faculty so this reduces the cost. In the US, if every faculty member that teaches a class needs to hold a PhD, this creates a cost issue. Also, these "propio" degrees are designed for professionals and most of them do not touch the more academic or theoretical parts that others programs do so this means that most of the courses are created by professionals that might or might not have a PhD degree.
UNEB and similar schools also profit from low cost labor available in Latin America. I completed an online propio degree and all my teachers were from Venezuela, as this country is facing economic challenges, the school profited from quality labor at low cost.

In general, UNEB and similar schools show that you can provide quality education for professional development at a very low cost.

3 more assignments and I will graduate with my Isabel I MBA. Satisfied about the entire program and the staff for now.

That's great news. Just curious - Are you going to do a course-by-course evaluation to see how each will be evaluated or if it'll come in as equal to a US RA MBA?

    Hi there,
I will have the degree evaluated formally because I want to apply for a LL.M at the KuLeuven, Belgium after this degree.

I already have an associate's degree in law studies but then I went on to various business studies and I now really desire to specialise in corporate law.

    Fingers crossed :)

Let us know how things turn out for you upon completing Isabel/ENEB's MBA program as well as how it gets evaluated. There have been a couple of unusual yet positive evaluations of their degrees so far but how it is evaluated will depend on rather you are doing it for job or academic purposes.

    I will :)

I have seen it rated as a bachelor's degree in one instance with a US evaluator and I have seen others comment that they had similar diplomas either evaluated as a master or as a graduate diploma.

The university where I want to do my master after master is a university that is somewhere in the top 500 ranking in the world and they have quite severe admission requirements but since I'm in Europe and Spain is also part of Europe, I hope they will be more enclined to accept it. The evaluator that evaluates diplomas here is NARIC.
We'll see how it pans out.
I have discovered that law is still my greatest love though. While business studies are very interesting, I prefer the case studies in legal studies. So I hope that I will be eligible for the LL.M at KULeuven.

    Keep you posted.

At the same time, if the degree is a sham it won't evaluate positively no matter what purpose you choose.

Please note that using a degree for admission to a higher degree does NOT indicate that the degree in question is equivalent. There are many factors that go into an admissions decision, and the entering degree is just one of them.

It would be interesting to see a foreign degree evaluation.

    Hi,
I do know that some institutes may value the degree differently than others when deciding on an applicant's eligibility for a certain programme. However, I was intending to have it valuated by NARIC to show that evaluation to the KULeuven, not letting the valuation of the degree depend on their sole judgement.

I do have other studies than this MBA.
Should I send those in along with the MBA when having it valuated by NARIC?
Or would my previous academic parcours not be relevant in the valuation of this degree?

That's true, but in this particular case, we've known from that start that it's not a sham.

My 10th final project was corrected. 10/10. The lowest grade I had was 9,75/10. Let's hope I graduate with distinction :-D

3 months. I still need to finish two final projects :)

Bought 5 additional master's degrees from Eneb.

    Master in human resource management
    Master in big data
    Master in corporate communication
    Master in international trade
Master in management and team management.

Now I am subscribed to 6 master's programmes.

I have almost completed the MBA.
Then with 3 additional projects I will obtain my master in management and team management.
With 3 more additional projects I will obtain the master in international trade.
Then I will have 3 master's degrees by December if I work every day very diligently on my projects like I have been doing already for the past months (hey, it's semi-lockdown, what else can we do)
As for the other 3 master degrees: I will have completed them by next year if I stick to my schedule.

I was granted an extension until 2023 because I bought so many master programmes.

Can't wait to have 6 masters on my resume.

At that point, you should think about putting a couple of master's courses together yourself and opening a school. Maybe there's that 100K / year in it that you wanted.
What are you gonna do if AsianStew announces that he's beaten you and ordered 12? (Or that he's the new owner of ENEB) :)

I have always wanted to be a teacher though.
Don't know if just uni of Isabel masters would be enough to qualify for teaching.

Here in Belgium there is a distinction Hogeschool - Universiteit.

Hogeschool equals college and you could teach without a PhD there.
Universiteit equals university and requires professorship.

Don't think I will ever get to professorship so I will try to get into '' hogeschool '' teaching.

On a serious note : would love to open my own school one day but there are so many schools that I don't think I would be in business for long :)

6 is the maximum that I can afford so I would wish AsianStew good luck with his 12 masters and be content with my humble 6 lol.

These things are really the new pizzas. I'm addicted to diplomas. I swear.

100k$ a year seems so far off though.
100k$ a year. I swear I would go on vacation 4 times a year, buy myself a villa and would spend day after day in clothing stores.
100k$ is really a lot here in Belgium because we pay lots of taxes and payment advancements.
We have a good social security system though.

I think to earn 100k$ a year I would need to move to Canada or so. Toronto sounds nice.
My dad is Québécois so I could also move to Montréal?

Dreams, dreams, dreams. So many of them.

Addicted - it's possible, I guess. Maniac Craniac once remarked that Associate Degrees in CJ were like potato chips: "Bet you can't have just one!"

There is a man named Aric W. Hall, who was discussed here a couple of times. He had something 18 Associate degrees, mostly from one college - Tyler Junior College in Texas. This is starting to remind me of him. His website is gone now, but his Facebook profile is here: https://www.facebook.com/aric.w.hall I note he's only listing about three of the Tyler Junior college credentials. He's on LinkedIn too, but I won't ever belong so I can't see it. I'd love to have that whole list of his degrees again... He initiated some court cases, so there are a lot of documents listed if you Google his name.

    I noticed he's picked up a couple of U.S. RA Master's degrees, including - IIRC - a Master's in CJ from Liberty.

Quote from Aric W. Hall: "I have more degrees than a thermometer. So, why can’t I get a job offer that exceeds $20,000?" ...What do you guys think?...
So - as they say, "be careful what you wish for."

Did he mean 20k$ a month or is that what he earns yearly?
    I would work for 20k$ a month.
    10k$ even.
Well okay 10k$ and a new car from the company (with warmed seats and those shiatsu massage technique cussions that's built in in Teslas).

    I'm greedy I guess :-(

Earning degrees also gives me adrenaline. I don't know why. I have always been that kid that was studying while other kids played outside.
Guess I'm still addicted to knowledge.

Was soooo jealous when a girl I know from high-school shared her Hull International Business School diploma on LinkedIn today.
She is from suuppper rich parents though. Don't think a poor middle classer as myself could ever make it to Hull.

Unfortunately, he meant yearly, Vincent. He was complaining; $20K a month would have given him bragging rights. Yes indeed, $240K a year is a LOT of money. $20K isn't.
