I found another dissertation. This one is in an African related context. Downloadable here:

Then the previously posted one here:

There don't seem to be a lot of them easily locatable. Cursory look they appear decent.

Because it is an unaccredited school, graduates' dissertations are not on file with Dissertation Abstracts International, a common practice at accredited schools. I would imagine it would be hard to get one's dissertation done at this school into a lot of places hosting such documents.

I would argue the second one you list is not scholarly. I didn't look at the other.

I have come across worse to much worse from accredited schools. Here is an interesting article a guy wrote about dissertation quality.

He talks about "real versus sham PhD" (accredited). I wonder how many of the For Profits fall into the sham category where as he notes the PhD may impress friends but a scholar in the field can detect the superficiality of knowledge?

Interesting article. I recently read/skim through a UPenn dissertation which, in my opinion, was subpar. The barely 100 pages, including front matter and end matter, contained about 20 peer reviewed citations and primarily non peer-reviewed sources. Beyond the sources, I noticed several APA errors and poor sentence structure, which I pointed out to my students. So, I can totally agree with the author that some of the most respected schools produce sham doctorates.
