I am not inclined to extreme sports)) No downhill, no motorbikes)) I like to play video games in my free time.

These are serious hobbies. Bordering on professions, yes? Anytime you get money for your hobby it starts to be more than just a hobby, afaic. With that said, I have flipped a house or three and enjoy the project management elements as well as the design work and the relationships with the tradespeople. Also, I am a Personal Trainer specializing in getting high school girls college scholarships, mostly in the world of soccer. This pays very little at this point, barely covering expenses but I hope that someday it will turn into a HS coaching job. The girls are great and I get to yell at people a la Jillian Michaels. And I play Golf Clash. I don't play any other games, just GC.

Heh. Yes, I paid my rent many a time in my 20’s with gig money, but music is definitely just a hobby now (I’m hitting 50 this year). I’m a professional creative, so the lines between hobby, job, paid gig, art for art’s sake, etc. have always been blurred, lol. Flipping houses sounds much more serious to me, and so does being a personal trainer! :)
