Two of my favorite Philosophers actually have their degrees in Philology - Friedrich Nietzsche and Martha Nussbaum. It's sort of an old fashioned study, at least that's the way I think of it, and there's not a lot of places that offer formal degrees in it. I think Oxford is one but it's not DL. I don't know of any specific Philology programs but I bet you could tweak one of those British research oriented, dissertation only PhD programs to focus on an aspect of Philology.

Found some master's programs at British Universities - ZERO for distance ed. though.
If you know German, there are a few possibilities if you Google "Philologie + Fernstudium."
A frequent requirement of the German distance programs in Philology seems to be at least one semester on campus. The language of instruction is German but the languages studied can vary according to your choice, from Ancient Greek, Latin and Romance languages to Chinese.

Later this week I'll try Googling in a few more languages and report back.
