It's big and not big at the same time. Big because it's a historic hit for a for-profit university. Not big because it's a drop in the very large bucket of revenues they possess. The unfortunate thing is they're big and capable enough to have forged the relationships they claimed. I don't know the details--it's hard to imagine they faked it all with no basis in reality. Perhaps they exaggerated.
