University of Pennsylvania is offering a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree online.

    You can be admitted directly if you already have good grades from previous college courses. If the other admissions route is anything like Harvard Extension's, you'll be expected to pay thousands out of pocket for your first few courses because financial aid won't be available.

    Then assuming no transfer credit, that's $67,500 for the whole thing.

    Interesting, it seems more choices for Distance Learner from the Ivy League. A friend of mine, Received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. It was hard for him to get int to the big financial market companies. So, he went to Columbia University's for Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with concentration in Political Science; he had no problem getting internship from JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and German Bank. He finally got a job in Investment and Banking as he always wanted. Maybe a Bachelor of Arts from UPenn provides better opportunities than other STEM degree from tier one schools.
